The town of Sangla Hill is situated in the west of the district Sheikhpura, Punjab, Pakistan. The school is located just outside the town, adjacent to a beautiful hill. Sangla Hill has a population of about 200,000 (2011 data) and is surrounded by almost 109 villages.

More than 400 students are studying at CGHS Sargodha. The institute strives to provide quality transformational education while mentoring each student. Christian (42%) and Muslim (58%) students from grade nursery to 10 are thriving at CGHS Sargodha in an atmosphere that teaches tolerance, peace and harmony. Through careful strategizing and teacher trainings the team of teachers and staff have been effective in helping students produce remarkable results in the state board exams. Today graduates are pursuing higher education and professional degrees then ever before, serving in Pakistan and beyond.
We are thankful to Friends of PEB who have given generously for our new boarding house. Funds are still needed for renovation of the school building. We are also in need of computer labs and equipment.
Scholarships are needed for both boarding and day students. At CGHS Sargodha we motivate and empower our students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of an ever-changing global society. We are grateful to Friends of PEB and our partners around the world.
PEB`s long-range plan is that outstanding English Medium schools will provide income to help fund the rural schools that serve the poorest families, helping to bring together a sustainable PEB system.
